In other less important news, I officially have my annual summer flu thing. I don't really mind it that much, except for the sore throat part. There is nothing in this galaxy that will knock a sore throat out in any reasonable amount of time. I swear, while legions of medical scientists are devoted to dieting pills and such like, the most they can spare for sore throat research is a couple of old guys whose medical training consists of trephening and the benefits of a strong shot of whiskey. There's got to be something out there that works. Good heavens.
